Wendy Kublik, Paralegal

Wendy Kublik lives in Assiniboia, Winnipeg, on the lands of the Anishinaabeg, Ininewak, Anishininiwak, and Dakota Oyate peoples and the homeland of the Red River Métis. Her community is bound by Treaty One and is blessed with water from Shoal Lake 40 First Nation.

Wendy holds a Paralegal Certificate from Capilano University (2019) and supports lawyers in the areas of Aboriginal law and revitalization of Indigenous laws. Wendy is particularly skilled at developing tools to assist the implementation of laws and to help individuals navigate existing legal structures.

Wendy has experience in British Columbia and Alberta assisting with commercial contracts, wills, committeeship, and family law matters. She also holds Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Science degrees with Distinction from the University of Alberta (2007).

Analytical and accurate, compassionate and caring, Wendy values stewardship of the land and is passionate about addressing systemic barriers to social justice.
